Reserve your project
For standard projects, pay the $35 reservation fee, which is credited toward your final quilting price. If anything needs review first, we’ll contact you.
Send or drop off your quilt
After your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide a personalized checklist and shipping or local drop-off instructions.
Review and approve the final price
We’ll inspect and measure your quilt, confirm any remaining details, and provide the final price—including return shipping—for your approval and payment.
We quilt and return it
Once payment is complete, your quilt enters our quilting queue. We’ll keep you updated and return it with tracking or arrange local pickup.
